Embracing the Daily Examen
The Surrender Prayer
St. Ignatius’ Surrender (“Suscipe”) Prayer shares this greater purpose of the Examen with us:
“Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty, my memory, my understanding, and my entire will, All I have and call my own. You have given all to me. To you, Lord, I return it. Everything is yours; do with it what you will. Give me only your love and your grace; that is enough for me.”
Significance:
The Daily Examen is a time-honored tradition deeply rooted in Ignatian spirituality. Its significance lies in fostering a reflective and prayerful awareness of God's presence in our daily lives. Through this practice, we seek to discern God's will and nurture a deeper relationship with Him.

Engaging in the Daily Examen brings forth numerous blessings. It offers clarity, gratitude, and a heightened sensitivity to the movements of the Holy Spirit.
